The beautiful Deepika Padukone turned 34 yesterday, and the internet was buzzing with fans showering love and best wishes. But among everyone, it was husband Ranveer Singh, who took away the prize for posting the sweetest wish!
Ranveer took to Instagram and shared the most adorable throwback photo of Deepika. She must be not more than a few years old when the photo was clicked! The actor, who is presently promoting her upcoming release Chhapaak, spent her special day in Lucknow. She visited a cafe run by acid attack survivors in the city, and also indulged in a candid conversation with them.
Chhapaak, directed by Meghna Gulzar, is based on the true story of Meghna Agarwal, who survived an acid attack, is a single mother to a daughter now, and works as an activist to help other survivors. The film is slated to release on 10th January 2020.
